Project Summary

Phoenix Communication Solutions partnered with Camfil to deliver a complete low-voltage and network cabling solution for their new office and warehouse facility. Our team installed CAT6 structured cabling, wireless access point infrastructure, and surveillance systems to establish dependable connectivity and security across both administrative and operational areas. With a focus on performance, organization, and long-term reliability, the infrastructure was carefully planned to accommodate the unique technology requirements of the facility while providing the flexibility to support Camfil’s continued operations and future growth.

Context

The Challenge

Thanks to careful planning and strong coordination with the client, this project progressed smoothly with very few challenges. One unique aspect was the installation of Clinton suspended poles for the warehouse wireless access points and surveillance cameras. While PCS typically utilizes EMT conduit and boxes for suspended device installations, the client selected a manufactured pole solution that required on-site assembly. After becoming familiar with the assembly and installation process, our team quickly developed an efficient workflow and delivered a clean, professional finished product. This project provided another valuable opportunity to expand our installation experience, and we look forward to continuing our partnership as future phases of the facility move forward.

200+ CAT6 cable runs, 3000’ of OS2 12 strand armored fiber optic cabling, wireless access point installations, surveillance cameras installations, MDF buildout including a 20U APC enclosed wall mounted cabinet, (4) IDF buildouts including 12U APC cabinets mounted to support poles, sleeve kits and plywood backboard mounting.
