Project Summary

Phoenix Communication Solutions successfully completed a comprehensive low-voltage network cabling infrastructure project for a multi-level commercial office facility in Mesa, Arizona. The scope of work included the installation of high-performance CAT6 structured cabling, a robust fiber optic backbone system, and a full wireless access point deployment designed to deliver seamless connectivity throughout the property.

This infrastructure upgrade was engineered to support the client’s growing operational demands by providing reliable, scalable, and future-ready network performance for commercial technology systems, business communications, and wireless connectivity across the facility.

Context

The Challenge

This project required extensive planning and coordination to develop efficient cable pathways for both floors of the building while maintaining the integrity of the exposed ceilings. Because the client had concerns about how the pathways would be installed, we designed alternative routing solutions that eliminated visible cable exposure. Our team carefully planned all pathways to run through existing drop-ceiling areas and collaborated closely with the client’s general contractor to establish proper conduit raceways between floors. This ensured the cabling infrastructure was installed seamlessly without compromising the building’s architectural design.
