Project Summary
Phoenix Communication Solutions recently completed a low-voltage cabling and network infrastructure installation for Principal Financial Group’s new office call center facility. The project included high-performance CAT6/CAT6a structured cabling, fiber optic backbone infrastructure, and wireless access point deployment to provide reliable connectivity throughout the workspace. Designed to support the demands of a modern call center environment, the new infrastructure delivers scalable performance for voice communications, business operations, and wireless connectivity. Our team worked closely with the client to provide a clean, efficient installation tailored to the operational needs and long-term growth of the facility.
The Challenge
This project provided PCS with valuable hands-on experience using CommScope cabling and components. Throughout the installation, our team became more familiar with CommScope’s product offerings and gained a better understanding of how their different cabling and component lines compare to the materials we typically use. As a highly reputable manufacturer with a wide range of solutions, CommScope gave our team the opportunity to identify which products best aligned with our installation standards and project needs. This experience included both CAT6 and CAT6A applications and has since helped us successfully complete many additional projects using CommScope cabling and components.
